儿童居家安全应遵循5S原则


据媒体报道,32日,杭州一名小女孩不慎掉进老式双筒洗衣机里,洗衣机脱水桶还转了起来,幸好家人及时发现施救,未造成不可挽回的伤害。我们看似安全的家里,对孩子来说却存在着不少安全隐患,家长一定要及时排查,以免造成严重后果。

 

为了给孩子们营造安全的居家环境,SAFELINK建议家居安全检查采用5S原则,即看(See)、绳带(String)、尺寸(Size)、表面(Surface)和标准(Standard)。

 

 1、See):用儿童的眼光审视物品摆放是否安全

家长买回东西后,要观察孩子是怎么使用它的,然后从孩子的角度去布置房间、检查安全隐患。比如,滚筒洗衣机对成人来说只有洗衣的功能,但在孩子的眼睛里,洗衣机却是躲猫猫的好地方。一旦孩子躲进洗衣机把盖子扣上出不来时,就很容易被闷死在里面。再比如书柜和酒柜,成人用来储存书、酒,孩子却会把它们当作玩具,顺着往高处爬,非常容易跌落下来,也易被书和酒瓶砸伤。

 

2、绳带String):拿开孩子身边超过22厘米的绳带

 

在孩子的眼睛里,绳子非常好玩,小姑娘还会把它当作项链。欧盟明文禁止孩子的帽子上有系带,因为孩子运动时,如坐滑梯的时候,帽子上的系带很容易被挂住,造成孩子窒息。衣服下摆调节松紧的带子也很容易被公交车车门夹住,车一旦启动会非常危险。还有的孩子爱玩窗帘,会把窗帘绳绕在脖子上,一旦被吊起来,就会发生窒息。

 

3、尺寸Size):给越小的孩子越大的物品

 

 

因为孩子们是通过嘴来认识世界的,他们会把接触到的东西都放在嘴里。过小的物品很容易被孩子吞下,比如笔套、小玩具、珍珠、玩具配件等。一旦被吞下去,很可能伤害食道,并引起窒息。

 

4、表面”(Surfance):查看家居物品的棱角、缝隙及物品表面涂层


家居物品的表面首先要没有尖锐的棱角和缝隙,因为棱角会割伤或撞伤孩子,而缝隙容易夹住孩子伸进来的手。其次,物品的小部件不能脱落,如毛绒玩具的眼睛等,很容易被孩子误食。再次,物品表面的涂层不能翘起来,因为孩子会用嘴去啃,油漆等涂层都属于重金属,被孩子吞下会引起中毒。

 

5、标准”(Standard):仔细检查与儿童用品相关的安全标准

为了孩子的安全,家长要注意并且不断学习这些安全标准,如“3C”认证(即中国强制认证)等。市场上不少童车没有按照规定在链条处加上盖子保护,这种不符合标准的产品使孩子很容易夹伤脚,因此家长在购买时要格外注意。

家长朋友们在帮孩子购买服装类产品时,注意看清楚吊牌上是否有安全技术类别的要求。最新《婴幼儿及儿童纺织产品安全技术规范》(GB 31701—2015)201661日正式实施。按安全要求的不同,标准将童装安全技术类别分为ABC三类,A类最佳,B类次之,C类是基本要求。新国标规定,3周岁及以下的婴幼儿服装必须符合A类标准,不符合的将被禁止生产和销售。因此,A类的应为孩子衣服的首选类别。
