儿童药品安全



近日,贺州一名2岁的小女孩把降压药当糖果给吃了,而且一口气吃了24片。4月27日下午,正在家中做饭的李阿姨发现2岁的孙女小橙子(化名)嘴里在吃着什么东西,一问才知道,孙女吃了爷爷的降压药。 据悉,降压药是爷爷前一天刚的,一共100粒,小橙子吃下24粒,现在还剩下70多粒。

担心孩子出事,李阿姨和老伴立即将孩子就近送到了贺州广济医院救治,在对小女孩的身体进行全面检查后,医生确认小女孩没有生命危险,但是,肝功能、心肌酶有损坏。

虽说小女孩目前没有生命危险,但仍然需留院观察和治疗。SAFELINK提醒家中有小孩的家属,要加强日常看护,从小教育孩子分清什么可吃什么不可吃,提高孩子的安全意识。


 

世界儿童安全组织(中国)(www.safekidschina.org)发布的《儿童安全用药现状报告(2017)》显示:与药物相关的儿童中毒是一个全球面临的公共卫生问题。在全球,每天有125名儿童因中毒而死亡;在中国,中毒也是儿童伤害死亡的主要原因之一。每年平均有约1500名儿童(0-14岁)因中毒而死亡。

儿童中毒中,药物中毒的占比趋势平稳并有微降,但仍保持占比40%以上;在儿童发生药物中毒中,1-4岁为高发人群;而儿童药物中毒的最主要原因是误服;感冒药、精神药物和高血压药是儿童误服的前3类药物。


这就奇怪了,1-4岁的小宝宝怎么会拿得到药品误服呢?精神药品、高血压药并不是儿科的常用药,怎么会成为小儿常常误服的药品呢?在我们日常看见的药品中毒案例中,形式和原因可谓五花八门,触目惊心。

有的拿起奶奶经常吃的药瓶直接往嘴里倒;有的孩子认为药品是糖果,躲在角落独自享用了两整盒维生素AD;还有的把放在柜边用可乐瓶装的煤油一饮而尽……这些中毒的孩子,轻则被送到医院洗胃催吐,重则消化道呼吸道大面积灼伤、肝肾功能受损,再则被送进ICU——所有的这些,都给家庭和社会带来了沉痛的教训和灾难。


 

由此,SAFELINK提醒宝爸宝妈们必须注意做到以下几点:

 

 
 
SAFELINK tips:

首先,应该增强家长的防范意识,药品的存放要做到“高”和“远”。要存放至避免孩子接触到的地方(Keep out of reach of Children)。

其次,尽量选择有安全瓶盖儿的药品,这样可以有效防止儿童自己开启药品服用。

第三,药品必须存放在原瓶中,标识清楚。尽量保存药品完整的外包装,保留药品说明书,这样可以有效防止药品过期,一旦出现误服,可以提供有价值的抢救信息。

第四,及早树立孩子安全用药意识。不要为了诱导孩子吃药,欺骗他们说药品是糖果,应该告诉他们为什么要吃药以及过量服用的后果。

第五,成人服药,最好不要当着孩子的面。因为儿童好奇心强,又喜欢模仿。

第六,培养儿童“先问再尝”的习惯,告诉孩子并不是所用东西都能放到嘴里的,无论什么时候都要先问了家长东西能不能吃,再放进嘴里尝试。
