儿童床“护栏”成“危栏”,80万件儿童床护栏被召回!

近日,一则儿童床护栏危栏的话题登上了新闻热搜榜。床护栏,相信爸爸妈妈们都对此不陌生,一般是固定安装在大床边沿上,防止孩子在床上睡觉、休息、玩耍或爬行的时候意外跌落。但是就是这样的床护栏,不但没有保护好孩子,还造成了一系列的儿童悲剧意外事故。

今年二月,深圳的一家媒体报道,一个不到一岁的宝宝从床上摔下来,摔到儿童床防护栏跟床垫之间的缝隙里,窒息意外身亡了。在2018年,湖南长沙十一个月大的宝宝头部卡在儿童床护栏和床之间的缝隙里,被发现时已经窒息。


 

而导致孩子出现这样症状的原因就是家里的床护栏。在玩耍的时候小孩子把腿伸下去,脖子被卡住,一紧张就越陷越深,导致缺氧。

 

然而,这并非是一个偶然事故。

 

在百度上输入床护栏窒息,就跳出一连串的新闻报道:

床护栏的安全隐患,在欧美国家早被重视。

 

早在2007 年,权威学术刊物《儿科学杂志》上发表了一篇研究,分析了 27 例因为床护栏而导致的婴幼儿死亡:

 

* 11 例死亡是因为床护栏是柔性材料,而孩子脸太靠近床护栏而导致的窒息;

* 13 例是因为床护栏和床垫之间的间隙过大,孩子被挤在床护栏和床垫之间;

* 另有 3 例是因为孩子颈部被护栏的绳子勒住。

美国儿科学会(AAP)已经明确写了:建议父母不要使用婴儿床围,没有证据表明它们能防止撞伤,而事实上却有造成孩子窒息、陷入缝隙或者被绞伤的风险。

 



 

但是,看似安全的护栏为什么容易导致儿童致命呢?
 

首先:孩子睡觉会翻身,翻到一边时候,贴近床垫的是密闭的帆布,并不透气,脸贴着就会影响呼吸。
 

二来床垫与床架如果存在尺寸不合适的情况,那安装好就会产生缝隙,孩子就很容易卡入缝隙,非常危险。



 

而近两年几起儿童窒息死亡的事件中,基本都是孩子的头颈卡在床垫和儿童安全护栏之间的缝隙中导致的悲剧。



 

即便没有上述情况,但也不排除儿童床护栏高度不够,孩子一旦玩耍攀爬从床上跌落地面而受到伤害。



 

所以啊,家长朋友们千万不要再心存侥幸!

 

2018年到2019510日,缺陷产品管理中心发布了18次儿童床护栏的召回公告,涉及召回存在安全隐患的儿童床护栏的数量达到76.6万件。

 

被召回的产品都存在各种各样的风险!



 

而且,在20189月,上海市质量技监局对45批次标称适用2-5岁儿童的便携式床护栏的质量安全状况开展了风险监测,不合格率为100%!!!

 

此次检测主要参考美国和英国儿童床围栏的安全标准,由此看来,儿童床护栏在国内并没有统一的产品标准,所以企业生产水平不一,产品质量参差不齐,在使用过程中也就容易引发安全风险。

 

最后,SAFELINK友情提示所有家长朋友们:床护栏具有危险性,它们的使用只能防止轻微的伤害,但安全护栏容易导致窒息死亡,SAFELINK建议不要使用。
