《世界预防儿童伤害报告》

多年来，儿童伤害的问题一直未受到重视。目前，全球议程内的儿童生存行动中也极少提及这个问题。通过这本《世界预防儿童伤害报告》，世界卫生组织、联合国儿童基金会以及许多合作伙伴已经开始行动起来，努力将儿童伤害问题提升为全球公共卫生和发展界的一个优先问题。来自世界各大洲和各部门的近200名专家为保证本报告立足于各国当前现实，提供了宝贵的专业知识和经验。

已有证据表明，那些采取了共同努力的国家已在儿童伤害预防方面获得了极大成功。这些成果为在人力资源和机构能力建设方面增加投资提供了充分依据，使得制定、实施和评价遏止儿童伤害相关规划，促进全世界儿童及其家庭的健康和福祉成为可能。如果世界各国采取已证明行之有效的干预措施，每天可以挽救1000多名儿童的生命。
